                             May 16, 2025 (Friday)- 3:00- 5:00 PM

• Rehearsal : May 21, 2025(Wednesday) - 3:00 - 5:30PM

•  Primary Assembly:  May 22, 2025 (Thursday) - 9:00 - 10:00 AM

•  Upper Assembly: May 23 , 2025( Friday) - 9:00 - 10:00 AM

•  Talent Show performance: May 23, 2025 (Friday) - 5:00 - 8:00 PM

PTA Talent Show: Registration will close on May 9, 2025!

Guidelines for TALENT SHOW auditions

1. CLOSED AUDITIONS: Only participants will be allowed before judges; parents and all

Others will be asked to remain outside the Eagle’s Nest. While waiting to audition,

students will be expected to finish homework or entertain themselves quietly. Snacks

and drinks are highly recommended.

2. ACT TIME LIMIT: Each final act must be limited to 21⁄2 minutes. However, judges may

stop an audition after one minute if they feel they have seen enough to make a decision

-- please plan accordingly.

3. MUSIC: Please submit the music required for the act on or before May 13th 2025 (Tuesday) 5PM to

events@evergreenpta.org . Kindly mention the student/group name and Audition

number in the subject line of the email. Also name the Music file also with the

student/group name and audition number eg: FirstName_LastName_Audition#

4. PROPS & INSTRUMENTS: These may be dropped off at the school office prior to

school on the day of your audition and will be moved to the stage area for auditions;

make sure your name is marked clearly on all your items. For Piano Acts Piano will be

provided .

5. COSTUMES: If you are unable to wear or change into your intended show costume

for auditions, be sure to let the judges know what you plan to wear if selected.

6. RELEASE: Students will be released to parents/guardians at the end of individual

auditions or be allowed to walk home if indicated so on the registration.

7. ATTENDANCE: If selected for the May 23rd final Talent Show, you must attend the

assigned rehearsal (on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025) and stay for the entire duration of the Talent Show.

Please be aware that all students will perform in front of a panel of judges. Due to the large

number of registrations, numerous cuts are expected. Students will receive audition results by

May 17th ,2025. Remember, if you’re having fun performing, the audience is having fun watching! Good luck!
